9. PAYMENT and DELIVERY
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be accepted in Sterling or Euros only. We will validate any credit or debit card details you submit to us before your order is accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to the address you provide in your registration/order form. Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We may also submit your personal and order details to the provider of our Card Processing facility and your credit or charge card issuer. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. This information may be retained by the provider of our Card Processing facility for future validation enquires by other companies. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Orders can only be delivered to addresses within the EU. Transactions will show on your statement as payments to WINE & HAM UK LTD.

Deliveries are undertaken within the EU only. Delivery and handling charges are calculated automatically and shown clearly on the order. We try to dispatch your goods the same or next working day. This means that you should receive the goods 3 - 5 working days after placing your order. We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you may be offered an alternative product, partial shipment or cancellation of the entire order, at your choice.

10. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We want you to feel confident about shopping with Wine & Ham UK. If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will do our best to put the matter right.  

    You can return any product within 14 days of receipt of your order as long as the container or box is unopened and the item is returned in good, resalable condition. All we ask is that you tell us why you are dissatisfied so that we can make any necessary changes to avoid future dissatisfaction.
NOTE : Some products (e.g. electrical appliances) may carry longer, manufacturers' warranties. If so, we'll tell you in the detailed description of the product.

    If the goods are faulty or do not comply with the contract between us, we'll also refund the cost of your return postage; otherwise we do not pay the postage costs associated with returning an order. This does not affect your statutory rights - the Distance Selling Regulations allow you to return any order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving them. You must look after the goods and return them to us unopened and in good condition.

    If items are returned to us because they could not be delivered we will try to contact you to arrange re-delivery. If this is not possible we will refund the value of your purchase, less a 10% re-stocking charge.

11. PRICES
Wine & Ham UK has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices include VAT where appropriate are clearly shown  in Euros or Sterling as required by the customer. Promotions and prices you see in Wine & Ham UK advertising and marketing material may not apply to the wineandham.com online store, and vice versa . The basis and duration of any promotion or special offer will be clearly stated in the information associated with the product.

Wine & Ham UK may provide general information on health and nutrition related topics, but does not purport to contain comprehensive information about any disease, deficiency or medical condition. Information provided on this website should not be construed as medical advice. You are welcome to browse our site without revealing any information about yourself.
